Heute war die alljährliche Pressekonferenz vor dem Dubai World Cup in den Al Quoz Stables, dem Hauptquartier von Godolphin. Simon Crisford, der Racing Manager und Saeed bin Suroor, der Trainer berichten über LADY MARIAN und ihre Chancen im Dubai Duty Free, Gr.1, das am Samstag zum letzten Mal in Nad al Sheba stattfindet, bevor 2010 dann die Rennbahn Meydan die neue Heimat sein wird.
Simon Crisford: "Lady Marian is a really nice filly. She´s going to need the run a bit but she´s got tons of class. The idea to run her here was to keep her mentally active and mentally on her game. She has really impressed Frankie (Dettori) and she looks like she´s got a lot of speed which is why we are running her over a mile and one."
Saeed bin Suroor: â€œShe is a very nice filly and the Duty Free is a good place to start her off for the season. The plan is to aim her at the filliesâ€™ programme later in the year.â€
